• Sax & backing will require access to a power point (we will provide an extension cable).
• We will arrive approximately 30 mins before the playing start time.
• Please provide a small table or stool/chair to place a speaker on.
• Please let your event organiser know that we are coming. We will liaise with them on the day about the best positioning so as not to interfere with any other logistics. Do let us (and the venue know if you have any particular preferences).
• A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking. An invoice for the full amount will be sent around two weeks before the event and should be paid in full one week before the event. In the event of a lockdown or locally imposed restrictions, please contact us for details of covid specific cancellation policy.
• Dress will usually be smart/casual but please let us know if this is not suitable and you prefer a more formal dress.
